If Beacon isn't for you, email support@beaconmac.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our payment provider, back to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days).
You can cancel anytime from the link in your Paddle receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; your license keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Subscriptions renew annually. Paddle sends a reminder email before each renewal. If you missed a renewal and didn't mean to renew, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
